Ever since Elizabeth was a little girl, she knew she wanted to be a dancer. In grade school she started by taking Gymnastics at Pegasus Gymnastics in Milpitas, California. There she gained flexibility, agility, balance, core strength and the confidence she needed being a “late bloomer”. At the age of 16, she began training at Adage School of Performing Arts, also located in Milpitas, California. She studied the Chechetti method for 1 year in Beg. Ballet, and was immediately advanced “En Pointe”. Simultaneously, she began training as a Jr. member of the Adage Repertoire Company, adding NY style Jazz as well as the Limon technique of Modern dance to her skill set.
Over the years, Mrs. Elizabeth’s has taught Ballet at several Community Centers, as well as “The Dance Company”, formally located in Cupertino, California. While teaching there, she entered her students in a state-wide competition known as “DanceRave” for the very first time where her girls took home the Silver Medal in the overall category for ages 5-7.
Mrs. Elizabethe’s passion continues to this very day. In her Gymnastics class, her goal is to instill love and appreciation for the art of dance into the heart of every student she teaches.
